- unmet expectations

User Error
Including:

Change of Mind

Delays Beyond Control

- courier delays
- customs delays
- internet outages
4. GOODWILL REFUNDS
Har Din Shubh may, at its sole commercial discretion, offer:
- partial refund
- store credit
- service credit
- replacement
- goodwill adjustment
This does not create a future entitlement.
